Reference # 5618122 ; dealer in Powell, OH took over $600 from me for one 20’ truck that was returned in less than 24 hours . Found out through customer service today that this location charged me for 2 rentals !!! $600 is gone, from a single mother and ITS CHRISTMAS!! This delayed major plans for my kids gifts. I need answers immediately. Will be escalating tomorrow on 12/15 when business is open ! This is not how you do business! I am highly disappointed.

JOSEPH MDolly and moving blanket in the truck as an upsell was really in the road of us utilizing the space. If someone didn’t elect to rent those, it would be best to leave them out.
