They did not have my rental ready truck at the time I was supposed to pick it up and I ended up having to have the reservation switched to Cody. Also, poor communication on their part. Definitely would not recommend.

LLOYD DI originally reserved a U-Haul at the Big Bear Motel in Cody, WY since I live in the same town and I show up to pick up the U-Haul and they were very unorganized and had somehow lost the key to the truck! This was after going through all the computer processes which the girl didn't know how to do. She was on the phone with her husband walking her through the process. Then couldn't find the key to the truck so the nearest location for a U-Haul truck was 30 minutes away in the next town over which I had to unexpectedly go out of my way which delayed my trip thanks to unorganized People at the Big Bear Motel. Awful service and unacceptable! To those at Napa Auto Parts in Powell, exceptional customer service and the pickup process was a breeze. Big Bear Motel gets an F- and should not be in the U-Haul business!
