Our drop off location was Oshkosh WI. Found out the vehicle we were given was a late return and not checked in at the Powell location. Caused a headache during return. The Oshkosh location was very friendly and helpful navigating us through Powell wy locatin screw up.

MARY VI only ended up there because the Cody Wyoming location had rented out the truck I reserved five days prior. They had no excuse for doing that and I had to drive twenty miles to Powell to get a truck. Powell was great. Cody not so much.
