Owners did not let worker know that they were not allowing weekend puck up. WHICH LED TO ME HAVING AN 8 AM PICK UP ON SATURDAY WHICH IS WHAT I ASKED FOR [ EARLY MORNING] I drove over 450 miles to pick up thebperson thatcwas going to drive the haul for me. Then there wasn't anyone there to sign out the truck to us. I had a team lined up and waiting to load the truck for me. I called theie 24/7 number to get a message one owner was out of town call the Harold at at a different number.When I called it the recording said if you missed me call John at. I tried these 2 numbers several times leving voice mails and text messages. This went on until after 2. So I decided to google Uhaul and call corporate. While talking to corporate @ 3 pm I received message saying pick up now 4pm . A second text from John that saidv we decided not to do weekend pickups you will need to reschedule and we are only opened Monday through Friday came about 15 minutes after the one that gave a new 4 pm pick up and me calling my loading crew which were now on their way back to my place. Making me have to call to tell them a second message is cancelling pick up . I told corporate @ the message. They offered to reschedule. I said the person that was going to drive for me would need to be home and I better get a hold of the people at the pick up place before scheduling a pick up for Friday as the next Friday was the the 4th of July. After sending more text to John's Hay Barn number he answered we will be closed Friday for the 4th. I CALLED CORPORATE BACK AND SCHEDULED A THURSDAY THE 3RD PICK UP paying for extra days to drop off on Monday because of the holiday weekend schedule, took my driver back home, arranged to pick him back up Wednesday night, made the over 450 mile trip mile trip to get him arranging for him staying over night so we could pick up Thursday . THE 4 PEOPLE THAT WERE SET TO HELP ME LOAD AND THE ONE THAT WAS SET TO DRIVE AS WELL AS MYSELF WASTED OUR SATURDAY WAITING FOR THE HAY BARN PEOPLES REPLY. THEN THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND RESCHEDULE AND A DEATH IN THE LOADING CREWS FAMILY ON THE 3RD MADE ME NEED TO RENT AN EXTRA 2 DAYS TO LOAD because the loading help had plans for the 4th and were trying to arrange for a funeral AND my and my driver's trying to MATCH THE DROP OFF 'S HOLIDAY SCHEDULE. 2 trips in personal vehicle to pick up driver, arrangements having to be made for his time on 2 weekends + a Wednesday Thursday and Monday to meet U hauls inability to make arrangements to meet our schedules. Wasted days of our time by not communicating with their workers. I would not recommend thisbpuck up place and the 5 people that had put their Saturday on hold to help me load only to have the Hay Barn not be there at 8 am and not reply to attempts to get the truck until after after 3

Everything was good
Calvin LThe young man that helped me hadn't been trained to do uhaul rental. Both gentlemen with experience weren't on site and were unable to talk him through the process over the phone. I suggested he call the hope office for help. He did and he talked him through the process. overall we made it through. The young man was very polite and helpful hooking up. The equipment was in good shape.
Dewanna BI was double charged! Watch your card after renting! Please take pictures on your phone of gas gage!!! I am having to fight for my money back. Totally HORRIBLE!!!!
