MICHAL KVery helpful at the pick-up location. Two of our items were damaged during the move though which was blamed on not having enough blankets. The damage was dents and scratches to the top of a chest freezer, which was caused by placing another chest freezer on top of it. The second damaged item was a mini fridge which has a dent on the front. The scratches could have definitely been prevented with some blankets, but i believe the dents would most likely still be there even with blankets. Otherwise, the whole process was very good.
