The truck was very dirty, since there is a $20 cleaning fee if the truck was not clean, I would expect it to be cleaned after every use, if not then pass on the $20 in savings for the next person who has to clean it.. Usually there are big fabric floor mats in the truck, there weren't in this one so I ended up using my own. I'm not sure how much regular maintainence is done to the trucks, but the driving felt like maybe it could be looked at.
