Not this locations fault but I was disappointed to have the original trailer size changed 2 days before I had to move by U-haul. . I was not able to take my sofa/couch with me to my new location. I did not have time to sell it or deal with the loss, I still haven’t paid off the cost of my sofa to begin with. Big loss, very sad about that. This move ended up costing me a significant amount more than I asked for.

Kind and accommodating. Truck was in great shape
Joanna PNot their fault but I reserved at 6x12 trailer a week prior. Then I get a call the day before my move saying no 6x12 available and only a 5x8. This increased the stress of the move and was unacceptable. Do better... the lady on the phone was quite unapologetic
