Being told our reservation was cancelled the day of our move was extremely stressful. We booked a month in advance, confirmed our booking multiple times and then said we had to drive an hour for them to cancel right after. They did manage to get us our truck an hour before the move so it eventually worked out however, I wouldn’t recommend or trust U-Haul again, especially after hearing this from multiple people.
