Very professional and a fantastic experience!
Tom HI visited the store recently and was a bit disappointed with the initial greeting. I wasn't met with a friendly welcome or an offer of assistance. It seemed the staff member was preoccupied with her laptop when I approached. I had to initiate the conversation by mentioning my U-Haul reservation. I hope for a warmer reception on future visits.

GEORGE FLast time I rented from them they gave my truck that I had reserved 5 days prior to pickup time. They sent a text message at5 pmthe night before saying that they didn't have a truck for me that I could get one 40 miles away Ina different state (Kentucky) .
