I would not recommend this location only for the reason that we were given the run around in this whole matter. We didn't not know from the beginning that we wouldn't be dropping the truck at the original pick up location. We were only told upon picking up the truck. We were going to leave our own vehicle at the pickup location for when we brought the Uhaul truck back. I had to stop packing at home, go pick up my husband at a location that wasn't in the best part of town, and that all set up back in time, and energy, lots of frustration. It wasn't the fault of New to Me....It's Uhaul's insane way of doing business.

It was a bit difficult to see the parking lot. I almost missed it.
James BThe drop off location did not open til 10 for my 9 am drop off. Luckily I can read and followed on line directions. But drop off went very well once I figured out what need to be done. Maybe inform customers at pickup what could happen and need to be done
