The process for reserving the moving truck was relatively easy. I wanted a convenient, close to home location but had to get my truck at a location that was further away. I received a truck that virtually had an empty gas tank, had only 24 miles left in the gas tank when I had to put in some gas. Ended up only needing to use the truck for 1 day rather than 3. I returned to truck early & was given a fuel credit for the gas I had to put in the truck. The fee for rental was reasonable. The experience was easy & the people at the U-Haul facility were friendly & helpful.

Melinda BThe truck I rented, I think it really needs an alignment. I've driven trucks of this size or bigger, so I know what one generally handles like. This truck regularly pulled to one side or the other, preferring to pull to the right. Otherwise, equipment was clean.
