So I rented a 10 foot box truck to help a friend move some stuff about 2weeks ago and still to this day U haul has been attempting to charge my card for various amounts. Ill never use a third party Uhaul rental again.

CHAD OI was very satisfied with my customer experience. Very friendly staff!
Jon GI had the original reservation at another location and uhaul called me to arrange to go to this location. Needed tires, location didn't check lights and I had to send them a photo of hitch and license plate. Ratchet straps were in disrepair. Location did call me to make sure I would get my rental as it was a day before thanksgiving and location would be closed. Kudos for them arranging to meet me. Had to go to another location for tire replacement.
