Truck was newer and ran a little rough, and loud. The app didn't work. Prior to pulling away it says to take pictures. The app went black when it came to taking a picture. Trying to return the tuck was a pain as well. The drop box says to download an app. The app didn't work and put a virus on my phone. I went inside to ask the cashier about returning the truck and he said everything I need to know if online. I told him I wasn't online and he said then just drop the keys in the box. I told him I didn't want to be charged extra because the app didn't work and he said there was nothing he could do. This was about 2:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. There is no reason why there wasn't someone there to assist. Also this location does not handle the rentals like other places. When I went in to see about getting the truck he called someone and had me file an application over the phone. Very unprofessional.
