Truck was very clean inside, other than the fuel tank was empty and about 12 miles of range left according to dashboard.

The pick up point people were excellent, the drop off folks were great! Truck got good gas mileage.
DOUGLAS NI pulled up to the address and waited a few minutes for someone to come into the office. I had to walk around the property until I could find someone. The truck was clean and seemed new, I had no problems with it. I returned the truck before the time I designated in the reservation but got a call from the U-Haul company saying my rental truck was overdue by one day and one hour. They had not checked me out even though early. When I checked the receipts I was not charged extra time. I have rented multiple U-Hauls over the last 4 years and this has never happened before.
