First off, I feel no ill will towards the employees. They were all doing their best with the tools and information they were giving, and were very kind considering how awful this experience was. However, I hope to never have to use UHaul again. The app didn't work the entire time I was trying/renting the truck, so UHaul employees were calling me in the middle of my move trying to get the contract finalized. The truck I rented had a flat tire, which I had to fill up myself in order to get it off the lot and to its destination. I paid for a dolly, but the truck didn't have one when I opened it up. And the cleanliness of the truck was less than spectacular, both in the truck cab and the container itself. Absolutely abyssmal experience. I will never use UHaul again unless I have literally no other choice. The employees did the best with what they could, which is why this review is 1 star and not 0.
