The Gentleman was very polite and kind at this location, I was very frustrated at the point where I was a little rude. The U-Haul Mobile App stinks, it is so confusing that I when picking up, it took me over 1hour to figure it out. Upon return it gave me the same experience, I just took all kinds of pictures, sent to the gentleman, and left. He was kind above all, and he completed the return for me, and I got a receipt in my e-mail. I thank him above all, for his understanding that I am not mobile savvy.
