I was transferred to this location after my original location didn't have any trailers. Worked out okay except for the 20 additional miles to the new location. My original reservation said it was guaranteed, but I guess not.

Jill SBecause I was desperate and this was the last truck in the entire 50 mile radius of New Orleans, I got it before it could be cleaned, so no points off for that, please. It was a long way to go for a truck, so i can’t rate the LOCATION good. I would recommend U HAUL any day. I am grateful that I could get a good truck for a fair price and everyone, including the manager in Raceland, bent over backwards for me.
