It was a weekend...no one around so did what the sign said...drop keys ,check gas , and milage which I did...also locked up Dolly in front so wouldn't be stolen ...Good service

The location is NOT an automotive shop. You must go inside a restaurant next door. People there are rude. I arrived 20 minutes early, know where tells you were to go to get keys. After calling U-Haul I learned to go to restaurant. After entering I stood at desk waiting 10 minutes before I picked in a door to ask for help. Nobody get bother to inform me that they were waiting for the truck to arrive, just left me standing there until I called U-Haul again to ask what was going on.
