No ramp on truck and all the ridiculous fees for reservations plus another fee to pay by card I will never use or recommend uhual I gave uhual.a chance one more time but im going back to using penske

RICHARD WI don’t understand why I had to drive a 122 miles round trip to pick up a UHAL truck miles on my car also gas money out of my pocket. More gas also for the UHAL truck. I was living in Abilene with more than 4 UHAL businesses but no trucks I needed the truck really couldn’t afford the extra gas.
