We dropped off on a Sunday when this facility was not open. The check in procedure was not described very well but with the help of a uhaul representative we were able to manage.

I had troubles with the contract with excessive charges. During my contacts through the call center the operators were either trying to lure me to provide my personal information for the [call center] records or were trying to say it [for the call center the record] themselves. Please point the security to the calls made on 7/21/2025 in regards to contract #82322426

MOLLY PTrain your people better. The lady was VERY nice and super respectful but she didn’t seem to know what to do computer wise or hooking the trailer up. There was a couple things she wasn’t going to do, thankfully my boyfriend knew what to do and he went ahead and did them so everything was correct. I also called a couple times to try and get a hold of someone to let them know I was going to be late picking up and when I finally got to someone they told me to stop calling. Either the person who answered was not Uhaul or they are just very disrespectful and rude. Either update the number on the app/website or have a serious conversation with your employees.
