Did the online check-in just like I did the online pickup both work great so I didn't really see the personality right but everything went smooth

STEPHANIE GThe representatives at the store need to be more clear about the drop off time I was told end of day for my 2-day rental. now I've been charged an extra $100 because the paper say 2:00 p.m. representative says don't worry about that. As long as it ends off day you'll be fine. and I returned it at 8:00 p.m.. so i was lied too an now or of $100 for 6hrs. Never again
