I had placed the order for an appliance dolly, was never contacted prior to my rental and was not given the appliance dolly I was charged for. I had attempted to contact location 3 times the day before to confirm my order. No call was returned and no call was answered

Dan CWas supposed to pick up at an open rental store in Hilsboro, IL. Got changed to a location in Raymond, IL that was not open, and had no cell service to use location services to pick up truck. Waited 25 minutes on hold before we could talk to anyone. Finally got lock box code, and my keys were not there. After much more waiting they finally allowed me keys to a different truck. Pick up time was 8:00am. I was there 10 minutes early and didn't get keys to truck until 9:00am when I had a full day of moving planned. This was an awful experience. I hope to never need your services again. Fix the way you do things.
