Alianna DI did not understand how far away from Mt Shasta Redding is. I agreed to drop off the truck in Redding for a refund of $125.00. It cost me $110.00 to get a ride back to Mt. Shasta. I am not happy with this, it feels like deception. I will never go out of my way for Uhaul again.
