I tried to return to a different U-haul location and was told i had to return to this specific location.. I DON'T REMEMBER SIGNING ANY FORM SAYING SO... I will never go back to this location or recommend it to anyone in need of a U-haul

Bill HLocation and staff were great. The auto transport I rented is in dire need of replacing the ratchets for the tire strap downs. They were the worst I have ever experienced and I have rented a number of auto transports the straps were frayed and hard to feed thru the ratchets and the ratchets were so stiff and aged that they need to be replaced.
