The trailer that I picked up at bachelli had a tire there needed to be replaced, and they had an alternate trailer there. And they did not offer to swap out tires. Instead, they sent me back to the customer service center on Cyprus, which in result I had to stop in Red Bluff and get a new tire put on Dude. Take all that.Would we rate the location average?No, the one that dropped off all I did is dropped.The key and it was weird and said they emailed me, but I guess that's the standard.Just

Diana VThis is an old run down automotive shop. The waiting area is something only a gear head like me would enter, my wife…. NO WAY! The dog (Yorky) greeted me & 1 other gentlemen at the counter for quite a few minutes until the receptionist came up. The lady was very nice once she came from somewhere? I would & will go back but it’s not a fancy U-Haul establishment.
