Not locations fault. I reserved 26’ at closer location. Was called and said unavailable at reserved location. Yet I drove by yard and saw several in yard. So had to drive excess miles/$per mile and gas….not my fault. Unit was not clean/windshield, too. Also, floor in bed filthy. Most likely will choose someone else next time

The problem is not the rental location, the problem is with UHAUL, I reserved a truck rental for 10:00 AM at a different location and when I got there to pick up the truck the truck was not available and they sent me to another location where the UHAUL computer system was not working, I ended up doing "mobil check in" and was able to get a truck but I lost about 2 hours in the process and ended up paying for additional miles.
JESUS VI was taking pictures of the truck it's a lot cleaner now than it was when I picked it up a lot cleaner because the back was nasty the the front under the passenger side seat we found a small bag of weed we threw it away it won't let me go back in and take pictures I don't understand if I paid for 100 miles and left it with more gas than when it had in it when I got it i wasn't credited back more money because I only went 74 miles and put a quarter tank more gas in it than was in it when I got it... So little confused...
JESSICA RI don't care for the location, but the store itself is great, and so was the Owner/ Management. I would give them 10 thumbs up. But the vehicle was not the greatest. I informed the owner/ Management that it should be serviced. It was for local use, but I would have been uncomfortable driving for any distance.
CATHY CI returned the cargo van with a full tank of gas and they still charged me for gas and I have no idea why, tried calling but no answer
