Yesterday I had a bad experience in this place, because it was my second time, to request this service the first time they explained to me that I had to return the fuel, this time they did not deliver it to me, I only took the key the car is there and he did not explain to me that he would send me an email where he told me the amount of fuel that the truck took on the return I filled the tank that surprised me that in only 10 miles consumed 19 gallons a total of 62 dollars when claiming they tell me no we can't return the money, for me that is a theft of my money.

Tania HThey refused to give me a dolly because they said the furniture dolly and utility dolly wasn't the same even though they are the same price. The dolly I rented looked just like the utility dolly they have but he was telling me it was something different. So ok fine but when I returned the truck to the store, he said he didn't know how to take the dolly off the invoice, then today I noticed I was charged for the dolly and for stealing it. How can I steal a dolly I never received. I went to the store and they telling me I need to call customer service. Customer service told me they need to fix it. Customer service sent them an objection to fix it and they still acting like they don't know how to fix it. Very shady business. I left still with no resolve. I'll have to contact corporate or something I guess.
