Service was good salesman had to service other customers in the store while we waited for the slow internet to process our order. The other 2 U-Haul locations we were sent to didn’t have the size truck we ordered. None of the locations had a dolly available that was ordered. We were lucky that we had a neighbor who let us use his. The whole confusion started on the day of our move, so it compounded an already stressful long day. So before I go to U-Haul again, I may think about their competitors with a hard look. Was not a good experience overall.
