Staff needs training, they took over an hour to get us our equipment. We were the only people in line. Also didn’t not have the moving blankets that we reserved.

ALEX BGetting my uhaul was a terrible experience. Immediately upon arriving I was told the system was down even though I had booked the truck just minutes before arriving via phone with a uhaul representative. They seemed like they didn’t even want to help or knew nothing about how to issue the truck. Finally after a lot of back and forth calls, I got the truck, it was dirty and had a tire warning dashboard light on. Had to call again to try to resolve issue. Never choose an authorized dealer, go straight to official uhaul office
CLAUDIA JQuick, friendly, and J was easy to work with. I told her I didn't know how to connect the trailer and she said she did so don't worry. Everything went great without a hitch! No pun intended lol
