Not obvious where to go for rental. Did not have the requested number of furniture pads...there were some just thrown into (and not folded) the back of truck.

Service was not great at all Especially turning in the vehicle was too busy on the phone . She tells me to write my information on a piece of paper.Did not bother to give me the paper or a pen.How does she expect me to leave my information..and the u haul was dirty..
