You need better communication, I requested a 15 ft truck, they gave me 10 ft all my furniture did not fit in the truck so I had to loose furniture because all of it did not fit in the 10 ft. I am very unhappy

LEIDY SI went to pick up my U-Haul there. The gentleman didn’t come out and look at the truck with me. Check the mileage look if anything was damaged. The truck was dirty inside and I have to keep on going in and out of the store. tell him I need this. I need that look at this and help . Very bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend it not to pick up from this location.
