I originally rented from coffee trader in Hartford and that owner did not show or answer call. Apparently this is a common occurrence so not sure why he’s still allowed to represent U-Haul. But I called U-Haul and they put me in touch with hitting all the marks detailing and the owner of this business was wonderful and helped me with everything I needed. Would definitely recommend this location.
