johnny rI rented an auto transport trailer from a location in Vicksburg MS. I was called afternoon the day before and told that location didn’t have the trailer and I had to go to a location in Louisiana. I called that location to be told they aren’t open on Saturday. I had to ask a relative to get over there before 5 on a Friday to get the trailer we needed. The entire experience was terrible. When my relative arrived to get the trailer, the one he hooked up to had a flat tire. I was so disappointed with the entire process.
