Lot was a little tight to drop off but associate came out right away and guided me on where to park the trailer. I did not have to go inside to be able to rate if location was clean and inviting or not. Associate was friendly and asked if everything went well. Upon my request he even processed the trailer check in and made sure he agreed it was clean when I returned it, so I am not billed any un-expected charges. I even expressed coming back to rent from this location.
