Edward and Albert were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. My 1 complaint.. the check in process. Both the app and on browser, kept making me start over w photos. It took forever to complete.
Ross PThe place and guy were nice, but the order process was misleading and cost was much more than anticipated. I booked listing my husband as only driver - which he was - but was told I had to add myself since I booked. I was told to refill gas, which I did, then was charged additionally for “fuel charge”. I hope I don’t have to use another U-Haul anytime soon since it left left me feeling ripped off.
DEBORAH OThe truck had a strong odor of smoke. I know people smoke, but some of us do not. Have some consideration for other people that may rent a vehicle.
