Quand on réserve un 20 pied on veut pas un 15 il a fallut que j'attends 45 minutes avant de repartir avec le camion en plus des frais après livraison pour le kilométrage que j'ai dû faire à cause que j'ai pas eu le camion désirez

Juan BI was not overly pleased with my experience. I booked a trailer online, and the U-Haul website showed there was one available. When I arrived, it was not available on site. I needed a particular size enclosed trailer. Smaller ones were available but too small. The agent was VERY helpful but was not able to locate one nearby. I opted for an open trailer but that did result in my cargo becoming dirty
