I would rate this for triple 0. Rented a uhaul last week. Destination is Springfield to Rincon. Took only 1 hour then returned the vehicle. Upon checking the receipt i was charge for 71 miles. Good thing we took a picture of the odometer before leaving the pick up area and after dropping off. The odometer shows we only used 19 miles. They charge me twice and more than the amount i am supposed to pay . Been calling the store for the update/refund but they just passing the blame to either they system or to another people from the store or uhaul. And now the last person who took my call seems to be more agitated and has the nerve to get mad at me for asking the update. It was not my fault that your system is trashy.
