Nthn everything was fine
Jenene MThere weren't anyone in the office as it was a Sunday. Very easy drop off only complaint was the parking lot was very small and would only fit a few trucks we got lucky to fit the truck in there.
ERICA PStephanie provided excellent telephone etiquette, she was helpful above anything I expected, this was the only truck rental at the facility, there had been a lot of rain in the area, it was muddy around the truck, difficult to access, the inside was not as clean as I expected, there was trash under and behind the seats. I picked up the truck by using the access key system.
Jeri VNothing wrong with the pickup location; however, I booked a truck to pick up in a specific town, and U-Haul called me the day before and told me I'd have to drive 30 minutes to Ringgold to get the truck I'd reserved weeks prior. I was disappointed and was not offered any discount.
