Truck had previous renter's McDonald's trash in the back and needed to be swept out before I could use it. I was also overcharged by 20 miles despite my doing the math for her and repeatedly stating that I put 48 miles on it. 82818 minus 82770 equals 48. Every time. I repeated that equation thrice while she played with her calculator. I was in a rush to finish other errands and didn't look at the final receipt immediately, but she logged my start mileage as 82750.
