The truck was dirty, sand, cement dust and parts from a lamp left behind by previous customer. The truck had to be cleaned up before use, this was very inconvenient. This U-Haul location is conveniently located in my neighborhood and the owner/operators are nice. This location needs packing supplies to better serve movers..

CECIL CThe person taking the rental back was great. The Uhaul tracker was incorrectly measuring the fuel and wanting to charge me $40 so he had to call to get that fixed. Apparently, we have to wait until Monday for this to happen but it isn't this guys fault.
DYANN DLately they had 20 ft or 26 ft annd now have a 15 ft truck for rio vista only thing are getting better
