The quote per mile was $1.00 and we were charged $1.19. Pick up time was 9:00 and we arrived on time....wait time was 20 min. Tennessee Check Advance was great UHaul after hour service was not.

JUDY JThe rates at the place to rent the truck stated 39,98. However I was charged a different rate of 49.99 and all anyone seems to tell me is that the rates have changed. That does not matter u should be charged the rate as advertised not whatever you want to charge me as this could make the decision as to if I want to go with U-Haul or another company. I should be compensated
Gladys JMake sure someone is available to contact. We had issues when dropping off the vehicle with nobody to help out. I tried calling with no answer. I had to pay extra because of issues that happened & this was inconvenient when there was nobody to communicate with to assist.
