Have a larger sign out front. It took some time to find the shop. I will rent at this location again.
jeffrey cThe location is extremely difficult to find as we were only given an address in a strip mall, with no name of the establishment. We found the drop off slot after circling the strip mall parking lot a few times and finally saw a small (about a foot square) sign indicating it was a UHaul drop off location. I found out from other family members that they had the same experience a year ago. I would definitely put a larger sign so it is easily seen when driving past it. Also, the drop off location was locked when we got there at 3PM, even though the door sign said it was open until 5PM.
PETER GBe open when your appointment arrives. If you'll be late, call. You cost me $200.00 and while you apologized over and over, it didn't fix the issue. I am very disappointed that moving was made more stressful than need be. Also, checking me out on the phomlne to save time was fine but took away time from me so it looked like I had possession of the truck before I did.....
