My original reservation had equipment. This location did not have the equipment that was in my original reservation.And also the person took the a long time to check me out.

Really not good part of town. We didn’t see inside or speak to someone but so can’t bypass those questions.
TIFFANY RLocation for pick up was as expected quick and easy. However I asked to pick up in Norco only to find out they had changed locations 20 miles away to this location. Then expected me to use my milage allowed to make my way back to my destination.
SERGIO CI actually had to drive farther to this location from where I had wanted, but the person I dealt with was very helpful.
