My motorcycle broke down in Texas and I scheduled for a motorcycle trailer that they didn’t have at the time. I picked up in Robinson, Texas with a drop off location of Conroe, Texas. When my buddy arrived at U-Haul to pick up the trailer, we were told the one I selected it was for in town only even though it allowed me to pick up a drop off location. We changed it and made it to where the drop off was once again in Conroe, Texas. We pick up the bike and we drive it all the way to Conroe and when we go to drop the trailer off, I get charged an extra $116 on top of the $76 I was charged because we’re not dropping it off back at Robinson Texas. So apparently they never updated their own system when they issued the different trailer for out of town and I’m the one who got stuck holding the bag. Absolutely disgusting customer service whenever it was their fault.

A little off the beaten track.
Robert Teverything was ready and waiting for us when we arrived early- gentlemen was friendly knowledgeable and made experience stress free- easy access location- this was only first round of moving my parents -I will definitly use this location again
Joanne BNice clean truck .easy to drive with cargo trailer..very easy to reserve. Everyone was very nice and helped with all my questions.
