The employee appeared to have no clue how to operate U-Haul’s business processes. The transaction was done in front of me over the phone. The communication between the two subjects was rather unprofessional. There was an un-collard cat wandering around the, “store.” The truck was parked in a location where it was difficult to back onto the street to leave. There was very little fuel in the truck upon pick up. The truck cab and cargo area were full of dirt and debris. The windshield wipers on the truck did not function well in the snowstorm.

Phillip DThey were not ready at 9, which was scheduled pick up time and the contract said there was almost a half a tank of gas and when we got in it the fuel was at 49 miles left until empty. The facility had dog feces on the floor.
