I was never told I would have to pay extra for after hour drop off..I could have kept it but thought not using it why not give back early like half a day early and yet I get charged. Also was supposed to get 10miles credit because we waited for a dolly that we had ordered in advance. Gonna think twice before I use you all..you were my go to ..

Keith PI've used uhaul for several years this was by far my worst experience. No gas was told it had a second tank it did not. I almost ran out if gas. Customer service was horrible 😫 Brakes are going out cab filthy I'd never leave a bad review if it wasn't horrible.
