My vehicle wasn't as clean as others I've used. The previous renters had a long-hair white dog. Fur was EVERYWHERE, except the area where the driver and passenger sat. The dogs fur was atop the dash, u der the seats, between the seats and emergency cones, on the window, in the door, and even on the instrument cluster. If not for the fact I needed this vehicle right then, I would've left.

Worker was 10min late opening location. Then. He proceeded to do his opening duties in the mechanic shop before assisting me. He confirmed verbally that I wanted a utility dolly. I never received one, though I was charged for one. I called when I got home and noticed the missing dolly. I was still charged for a dolly that I never received. The truck was dirty in thr front and the back when I picked it up. I would not recommend this place.
ASHLEY SThey were very accommodating and made me feel as though I was their only customer when in fact they were extremely busy. The only issue I has was parking because if how busy they are.I would highly recommend this location
Jeffrey DI was never told I would have to pay extra for after hour drop off..I could have kept it but thought not using it why not give back early like half a day early and yet I get charged. Also was supposed to get 10miles credit because we waited for a dolly that we had ordered in advance. Gonna think twice before I use you all..you were my go to ..
