they were very unhelpful. They did not hook up the lights.

JASEN KDid not offer to hitch or unhitch trailer to vehicle ! Charged me another day for returning trailer less than 45 min late. Been renting from other locations for years and this has never been my experience.
Christina BThe UHual stunk of cigarette smoke, the system was down so I could not order online. The owners could not figure out how to reserve it and needed help. We eventually got the truck 40 minutes later but then upon return they had no receipt of our order and had to process everything again. They also had no AC in the building and it was extremely uncomfortable. This is not a location I would recommend or return to and I rent many U Hauls.
ROBERT aI left this location with LESS than 1/4 tank of gas in the truck. I returned the truck with just OVER 1/4 tank of gas. He said the tank was empty and changed me over $40 for gas. Buyer beware.
