I did not receive the moving pads (10). Everything else performed perfectly.
Richard GThe location was wonderful and helpful. However, my overall experience was horrible. My reservation was for 9am pick up and due to U-haul’s system I was unable to get truck til 1:30p. I had to pack 4 movers $30/hr each for 3.5 hours that were not doing anything!!!!
