Facility smelled horribly of body odor right from the moment walking in the door masking it with other "scents" did not work. I handed the individual the key and he said thanks, that's all, have a good day. I said, "No. I need a receipt; you need to check it in before I leave." He tried to argue with me and slightly raised his voice at me that I could go; they would check it in and email me the receipt. I asked the 2nd individual about checking it in and he said exactly, "I can't, I'm working." He wasn't doing a thing except following me around. There was one customer in the store and the other individual was helping them. It wasn't until I got U-Haul on the phone to try and check it in myself AND the 2nd individual heard me tell the U-Haul person on the phone that they were refusing to check me in; did the 2nd individual start walking outside to check me in. I stayed on the phone with U-Haul until I had received my email confirmation that the unit had been checked in. This behavior is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to your customers.

Charles HThere was a mix up on my end with dropping off and I dropped off the trailer at the same location that i picked it up because the person I released it from somehow thought I wanted a one-way and not local from Salisbury to Salisbury. And they had me drop it off at a different location in town which was dumb.
JOHN BLocation was great. The lights didn’t work. The best I could get it to work was the break lights. You need someone that will maintain the equipment.
