The truck I had didn’t have the proper equipment for the trailer so he went ahead and put them on the truck for me!!! He didn’t have to do that and saved me a bit of money

Truck was ready, transaction was very professional and and vendor was on time and ready.
John HThe location looked like an abandoned shack with over grown grass and a falling apart building, the truck was not well kept and dirty, the gentleman kept trying to push for me to return the truck to this location but I had reservations to drop the truck off in Greenville, after telling him I would like to keep my reservation the same when I went to drop the truck off it showed he still changed it regardless, I was charged a wrong drop off location. After calling customer service they were able to refund me the charge however this location had made this process of getting a U-Haul and returning a U-Haul very distressing
