Some assistance with the trailer hook up. The lady there was very helpful and nice. But no one there to lift the heavy trailer stuck on a tree root except me.

Was told that we could drop off at any U-Haul location. Turns out that was incorrect. Also was only given just enough miles to get to my destination. Delivering the truck 45 more miles from there would have been even closer to the limit if not over.

RUSSELL AI had a scheduled in person pickup at 6 pm, but when I arrived timely, store was already closed (evidently closed at 5 pm) I then had to do everything online which took an additional 30 minutes, which was annoying. Would have been helpful to know this in advance.
