I had an issue with the return of the rental. I had requested the drop off at this location, it was not set for Roanoke. I was at the pickup location and spoke to customer service before picking up the rental. They assured me that I can drop it off at Rocky Mount, Va. I asked her to please make a notation that I could. Her words were “just drop it off any place I wanted” I wasted, 1 hour, was transferred between department 4 times. This was quite frustrating and emotionally draining. Also, the employee at the drop off had no space available and it was no record for me to drop it off…really frustrating.
