Y’all ripped me off, overcharge me, and then refused to help refuse to explain. I cannot believe this is how y’all treat your customers. I was charged an additional $20 for no reason and no one seems to be able to explain it nor remove it. I can’t believe y’all really did this

DAVID CCloser location to my drop off point I know they were there. Don’t know why you didn’t use them. Didn’t appreciate changing the drop off location on a daily basis.

PATRICK AJB Appliance was EXCELLENT! However, I had a 9:30am appointment to get my trailer at Westside Market, in Bedford, VA. They were supposed to be open at 9am and WERE NOT. I was forced to drive 30 miles to get the equipemt because your agent breached the contract. Cost me over an extra hour due to this horrible service. I was not happy.
