Due to the negligence of an employee I am paying a fuel charge. I do take some responsibility but being a very large company relying on a customer to return things without the company checking the vehicle in themselves and relying on the customer to do everything is a complete joke. Make your employees get off their butt and do their job. What a joke.

The location was actually fine. But the user experience of picking up the truck through the app/online was deplorable. I got there around 8:10AM and checked in and kept getting an error message, which means I wasn't able to get my truck in a timely manner and it caused us to be late. I finally got ahold of someone online who passed me along to someone else who was able to check me in manually. By that time, someone had arrived at Storage World and helped me get the key to the truck. It caused us to be very late. If UHaul is going to utilize technology, they need to ensure that it works properly.
